THE FINE PRINT

Is it really unlimited?

Is there a hidden user cap?

No. Whether you're 3 people or 30, there's no seat counter and no screen that locks you out once you hit a number. The real practical limit is your storage (1 GB included, expandable) — not the number of people using the system.

Why do other ERPs charge per user and you don't?

Because their business model rewards you for using the system less. Ours is the opposite: the more your team actually uses it — the warehouse operator, the buyer, the finance person — the more value you get out of it. Charging per seat would push us to want people locked out, which is exactly what we're trying to avoid.

Do all users have the same permissions?

No, and that's on purpose. Each person has one or more roles (warehouse, procurement, sales, finance, HR, admin) that determine what they can write. Everyone can view, but only the matching role can modify that area.

What happens if I hire more people next year?

Nothing — literally. You create the account from the admin panel and that person has access with whatever role you assign. No phone call, no negotiating a plan upgrade.
